HOW IS THERE SO MANY CALORIES IN DRIED FRUIT
I had like half a bag of dried tropical fruit… 255 CALORIES!?! WHAT THE FUCK.
Oh well it’s healthy I don’t give a shit. Nobody gets fat off fruit lets face it.

i’m majorly under the calorie intake for the day and i totally have enough left for a yummy thorntons hot chocolate with marshmellows <3
with my gym sesh today i’d consummed just over 500 calories, i can have this hot chocolate and still have 450 to go before i’m at my limit for the day. WIN WIN

they’re all like £8 and the one at uni’s only £1 :’( i can’t afford £8 waaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
i’m currently doing yogalates, i may try the yoga class and see how that goes. i want to do all the handstand shinanagins :(

Phew! Good work out at the gym.
Did 400 calories while I was there, and walked there and back which Mr. Pedometer said burnt 170 calories, so that’s 570 all in all! Not bad at all.
Only thing is now I’m way under my calorie intake on my fitness pal and it says my body’s going to go into starvation mode… is that true!? I don’t feel particularly starving.

I’m thinking nommy vegan sage and onion slices on brown bread with tomatoes, cucumber and light salad cream. YUM
Being healthy can be so damn tasty.

I'm going to do a weigh in tomorrow!
I was going to do it tonight but I realised I have a whole tum full of risotto in me, so it’ll probably be best in the morning.
I have a gym induction tomorrow! The aim is to have an early night tonight, get up tomorrow feeling fresh, have a day of revision (my exams are coming up in a week and a bit) and have a good old work out sesh to finish the day.
May do some yoga this evening? Plan.
