LOVE IT WHEN

i’m majorly under the calorie intake for the day and i totally have enough left for a yummy thorntons hot chocolate with marshmellows <3

with my gym sesh today i’d consummed just over 500 calories, i can have this hot chocolate and still have 450 to go before i’m at my limit for the day. WIN WIN

Me and my friend were talking about this last night. I was saying how I really wanted to lose weight and am dieting, and she played the good friend &#8220;oh my gosh, you don&#8217;t need to!&#8221; and then I just explained that it&#8217;s more so I can be happy in myself, and she said &#8220;If it&#8217;s going to make you happier in yourself then do it. But only do it for you&#8221;

REALLY good day today. I&#8217;m way under cause I went out last night and my friend bought me a million jager bombs which were nearly a million calories a drink. However I did walk the 2 hour walk home, and yoga-ed, so maybe it wasn&#8217;t toooooo bad&#8230; hopefully?? OOPS!
